PRESENT PANDEMIC OPINION ON FACE TO FACE EDUCATION

Hi everyone! I hope all of us are in good condition in this trying times cast by unexpected disruption of face to face classes. Though the Department of Education is trying hard to find ways to get back on for the new normal setup in various schools, the technical vocational is gasping for the restrictions imbibed in the conduct of actuarial training.
In this opinion of mine, the vocational technical should and must develop skills through actual practice with the supervision of experienced trainers to the trainees. Yet this has struct all actual vocations that needs the actual performance of trainees, such activities could be incorporated or integrated to meet the health protocols with the utmost training experience. First, the training days will be extended in such a way that trainees will be scheduled according to the training calendar days, say for example in the computer hardware servicing is a 30 day skill training, additional of additional 15 days for the scheduling of activities in compliance to health protocols. Second, grouping of trainees to limit present trainees in the training area to allow the convenience of personal trainee development while being limited to the numbers attending the training session. Third, is to alternate the activities for actual performance and lectures throughout the training days at a maximum accomodated trainees, that is why I said an extension of 15 days to cover up all needed skills training development activities to the trainees. And lastly, if possible is a mini bubble trainee barracks or stay in dormitory for the lock in training. This will also limit the ins and out of the trainee which minimize the effect of acquiring virus infections and safeguarding the safety of the trainee.
With all this said, again this is my opinion and that it is every technical training institution be creative in their way to address this hindrances in delivering skills development programs.
